Refund policy
We have a 14-day refund/exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an refund or exchange.
We do not accept returns, but we can provide a refund or exchange if there is an issue with your order.
(You may simply donate or discard the original item you ordered after receiving your refund).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include your email address and phone number in your communication to ensure a swift reply.

Exceptions / non-refundable items
Certain types of items cannot be refunded, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To request an exchange, contact us at lasartshoppe@gmail.com and we will create a new order for you (free of charge).
We only provide exchanges on items that are the same price as what you originally ordered.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and considered your case, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
